Mrs. Nita Bhagat
Nita is the driver behind Village Imaging. A serial health-preneur, always striving for the best in innovation and technology for radiology services. Nita is the sole owner and has grown Village Imaging from a one-modality (MRI) centre in 2008 to the only fully-fledged independent radiology practice in Botswana, providing the full gambit of radiology services.
"Our vision of bringing radiology services to the community is further driven by the inclusion of mobile mammography and ultrasound in Botswana in 2022. Diagnosis is our business, without which doctors are unable to diagnose patients effectively. We want to do our best in Diagnosis and set a benchmark for Botswana in Radiology."
A hotelier by profession, she has used her skills in the service industry to bring excellence in service delivery to this field of medicine.
Mr. Sreekanth Nair
Sreekanth Nair, commonly called “Sree” is the Finance Manager for Village Medical centre.
"I am responsible for managing the organisation’s financial health to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. My duties typically include financial planning to determine how to pay off liabilities and grow the business, reviewing financial documents to ensure tax compliance and collaborating with other departments to achieve monetary goals.”
Sree is a certified Chartered Accountant – qualified with ACCA and a Fellow member of the association with 18 years post-graduation.
Ms. Thapelo Letsholo
Thapelo is the driver behind all operations of Village Imaging including outreach programmes. A tenacious thought leader, she keeps evolving and defining her own lane with poise and elegance.

With 15 years of experience working in big hotels (Sun International & Avani Hotels), she has a vast knowledge of Public Relations and Hospitality Management and knows the importance of customer satisfaction. Her motivation daily is to wake up and make a difference in people’s lives and make sure that excellence, respect, communication, and empathy are provided to each patient, visitor and just a passer-by, gets to experience all these as a package and leaves the Centre with a smile and absolute satisfaction.
